Woke up at 6:30am

7:15 am - Ate 1 slice sourdough toast & 1 slice whole grain toast along with 2 eggs, sunny side up. Light salt. Drank 8 ounces of cranberry juice.

7:45 am - Drank 8 ounces of Hot Tea with a 1/2 teaspoon of honey.


8:00 am - 8:20 am - Rode recumbent bike at a steady pace, no resistance.

8:45 am - Drank fruit smoothie, recipe to be given later. Took one mens multi-vitamin.

11:59 am -Ate 1/2 portion of Chopstix Chicken Salad and 1/2 portion of Bella Basil Chicken on Tomato & Rosemary Foccacia from Atlanta Bread Cafe.

4:50 pm - Drank 6oz of fruit smoothie.

5:00 - 6:20 pm - Played some light tennis


6:40 - 8:20 pm - Heavy Chest/Triceps/Shoulder workout. Drank 1 12oz bottle of G2.

8:45 pm - Ate 6oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup spinach with 8 tomatoes and 2tbsp dressing, 15 sprigs of steamed baby asparagus, 15 strings of steamed green beans and 5 steamed mushrooms.

Light tennis???? No that was an intense cardio session!
