Woke up at 10:15am
10:30 am - Ate 2 slices of whole grain toast, and 2 eggs sunny side up, with light salt and pepper. Drank 8 oz of Naked brand Greenmachine.
2:30 pm - Ate 6oz baked fish, 20 spears of asparagus, 20 strings of green beans, and 2 apples.
6:45 - 7:30 pm - Had a quick paced medium intensity workout focusing on the hamstrings, quadriceps, and calves. Took 1 multi-vitamin.
8:30 pm - Ate 6oz baked chicken, 10 spears of asparagus, 10 strings of green beans. A spinach salad with a small handful of garbanzo beans and 2 tbsp of dressing.
