I was out of town for a few days do to a family emergency.
Although I did not stick strictly to my diet, there was no point where I completely deviated from it.
3:00 pm - Ate 3oz pasta with 6oz chicken that was sauteed with mushrooms, broccoli, and peppers.

8:00 pm - Ate a 9oz steak cooked on the grill, 2 medium potatoes baked, 4 baked mushrooms, and 10 broccoli florets.
