Woke up at 11:00 am

2:00 pm - Drank 1 Slim Fast French Vanilla shake.

5:30 pm - Ate 1 small slice of lasagna, 1 cup of rice with celery and mushrooms.

Stayed up all night and ate a Cheeseburger and French Fries at a restaurant at about 5am.

4:00 pm - Drank 1 Slim Fast French Vanilla shake.

5:00 - 6:30 pm - Had a medium intensity workout focusing on the Legs.

8:00 pm - Ate 2 small slices of Lasagna.

11:00 am - 3:00 pm - Slept.

4:00 pm - Ate 3 slices of bread

8:45 pm - Ate 9oz fish with 2oz French fries and steamed cauliflower. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-Complex supplement.

I was out of town for a few days do to a family emergency.

Although I did not stick strictly to my diet, there was no point where I completely deviated from it.

3:00 pm - Ate 3oz pasta with 6oz chicken that was sauteed with mushrooms, broccoli, and peppers.

2:00 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-Complex supplement.

8:00 pm - Ate a 9oz steak cooked on the grill, 2 medium potatoes baked, 4 baked mushrooms, and 10 broccoli florets.

3:00 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-complex.

4:30 - 5:30 pm - Had a medium intensity workout playing football and frisbee.

8:00 pm - Ate 6oz of baked fish, 1 medium baked red potato, 25 strings of steamed green beens, and 10 steamed broccoli florets.
