1:00 pm - Ate 1 medium slice of blueberry pie.
3:00 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-complex.
4:30 - 5:30 pm - Had a medium intensity workout playing football and frisbee.
8:00 pm - Ate 6oz of baked fish, 1 medium baked red potato, 25 strings of steamed green beens, and 10 steamed broccoli florets.
