Woke up around 11am
2:00 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-Complex supplement.
8:00 pm - Ate a 9oz steak cooked on the grill, 2 medium potatoes baked, 4 baked mushrooms, and 10 broccoli florets.
