Stayed up all night and ate a Cheeseburger and French Fries at a restaurant at about 5am.
4:00 pm - Drank 1 Slim Fast French Vanilla shake.
5:00 - 6:30 pm - Had a medium intensity workout focusing on the Legs.
8:00 pm - Ate 2 small slices of Lasagna.
