1:30pm - Ate 6oz beef cooked under the broiler.
2:00 - 3:00 pm - Had a medium weight high intensity workout focusing on the chest, triceps, and shoulders.
4:00 pm - Ran 3/4 of a mile.
5:15 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B supplement.
