Woke up at 7:30 am
8:00 am - Ate 1 cup steamed rice and 2 eggs sunny side up. Light salt and pepper.
8:30 - 11:00 am - Shot some hoops at the park. No game, just shooting around.
11:30 am - Ate 2 cups of pasta with light homemade spaghetti sauce.
3:15 - 4:00 pm - Had a heavy weight workout focusing on the chest and triceps.
4:15 pm - Ate 6 oz fish baked.
