3:10 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B complex supplement.
5:00 pm - Ran 1 mile
7:00 pm - Ate 4 medium potatoes, 4 carrots, and 6oz beef cooked under the broiler.
