I have been up since 12:37am
2:30 am - Ate 1 slice sourdough toast & 1 slice whole grain toast along with 2 eggs, sunny side up. Light salt. Drank 8oz of cranberry juice. Drank 8oz of green machine.
8:15 am - Ate 1 slice sourdough toast & 1 slice whole grain toast along with 2 eggs, sunny side up. Light salt. Drank 8oz of cranberry juice.
9:00 - 10:30 am - Had a light workout focusing on the back muscles and triceps. Today was supposed to be my leg day but since my legs are still sore and I missed yesterday do to "napping" I did my workout which was supposed to be yesterday.
11:00 am - Drank fruit smoothie, recipe to be given later. Took one mens multi-vitamin.
12:15pm - Ate a spinach and tomato salad with 2 tbsp of light balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
1:30 - 2:30 pm - Played a light game of tennis.
4:45 pm - Ate 1 medium apple.
5:00 pm - Ate 1 8oz portion of baked fish, 35 green beans, 5 mushrooms, 5 broccoli florets, 10 spears of asparagus, and 1 small potato. Drank 8oz of cranberry Juice.
