Woke up at 8:30 am
8:45 am - Ate 1 slice sourdough toast & 1 slice whole grain toast along with 2 eggs, sunny side up. Light salt. Drank 8oz of Naked brand "Superfood".
9:40 - 10:00 am - Rode recumbent bike at steady pace with no resistance.
10:15 am - Drank fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin.
12:30 pm - Ate 1/2 a grilled chicken sandwich and 1/2 poriton of greek salad. Ate 1 apple.
4:45 pm - Ate a cup of New England Clam Chowder soup and a full poriton of chicken salad with peanut dressing.
