I woke up at 12:30 pm
I have been feeling residual soreness all through my body and did not work out yesterday because of it. I was planning on taking Sunday as my day off but I might take today as another day off and then Sunday through Saturday to get back on schedule.
I haven't eaten yet today.
2:30 pm - I neglected my diet and ate 20 too many chicken wings and 3 slices of delicious cheese pizza. This is all I will consume for the day.
