I woke up at 6:15am
6:30 am - Ate 1 slice of sourdough toast, 1 slice of whole grain toast, and 2 eggs sunny side up, with light salt and pepper. I drank 8 oz of Naked brand Supermachine
10:00 am - Drank a fruit smoothie. Took one multi-vitamin.
2:00 pm - Ate 1 half rotisserie chicken, 1 cup bean, rice cheese mixture, and about 20 chips
