Woke up at 6:15am
6:30 am - Ate 1 slice of sourdough toast, 1 slice of whole grain toast, and 2 eggs sunny side up, with light salt and pepper. Drank 8 oz of Naked brand Supermachine.
10:00 am - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin.
2:15 - 4:00 pm - Heavy Back and Bicep workout.
5:30 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie.
6:30 pm - Ate 1 apple.
7:45 pm - Ate 3 cups of mushroom barley soup (home-made), 6oz turkey burger, steamed cauliflower and 4 fresh french fries.
