Woke up at 9:00 am
9:30 am - Ate 1 slice of sourdough toast, 1 slice of whole grain toast, and 2 eggs sunny side up, with light salt and pepper. I drank 8 oz of Naked brand Supermachine
3:15 pm - Ate 6oz baked fish, 3oz barbecued steak, 6 baked mushrooms, 20 strings of green beans, and 20 spears of asparagus.
5:30 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin.
