Woke up at 11:45am
12:05 am - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin and 1 fish oil supplement.
3:00 pm - Ate 6oz baked fish, 3 cups of steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, yellow peppers, and mushrooms), and 1 small baked red potato. Took 1 super B-complex supplement.
