I did not sleep last night
5:45 am - Ate 2 slices of multi grain toast, 2 eggs sunnyside up, with light salt and pepper. Drank 8oz pineapple juice.
8:00 pm - Ate 2 cups of rice with cabbage, 1 small salad with light dressing. 1 medium slice of apple pie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-complex supplement.
