Woke up at 11am

2:00 pm - Ate 1 chicken Caesar salad with light dressing.

6:45 - 7:40 pm - Medium intensity back and bicep workout.

7:50 pm - Drank 1 berry smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B complex supplement.
