Woke up at 8:00 am
8:05 am - Ate 1 banana.
12:15 pm - Ate 1 cup of Chicken Caesar Salad with bow tie pasta and medium dressing, 4 or 5 green beans mixes with marinated walnuts and mushrooms, 2 pieces of cooked tofu, cooked vegetables, and 3oz of meat from a pot roast. All from Whole Foods. Drank 1 vitamin water.
2:15 - 3:15 pm - Had a heavy fast paced back and biceps workout.
3:40 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin and 1 fish oil supplement.
7:00 pm - Ate 1 salad with medium ranch dressing, 8oz broiled beef, 1 slice of bread with butter and garlic, and 1 medium ear of corn.
