Woke up at 9:30 am
9:45 am - Ate 2 slices of whole grain toast, 2 eggs sunny side up with light salt and pepper. Drank 8oz pineapple juice.
3:00 pm - Ate 6oz baked fish, 2 cups of steamed broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, mushrooms, and 1 medium baked potato.
5:15 - 6:00 pm - Fast paced medium intensity Chest and Triceps workout.
6:10 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-complex supplement.
8:50 pm - Ate 1 spinach salad with 2 cups salad, 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, 3oz rotisserie chicken breast, 2tbsp light dressing.
