I was out of town for a few days do to a family emergency.
Although I did not stick strictly to my diet, there was no point where I completely deviated from it.

I have been slightly depressed of late and haven't been tracking everything I've eaten or done to reach my goal. I apologize for this to myself more than anything, from now on I will not slip anymore. Although I did not record anything for the past 3 days, I still are relatively healthy, with the exception of 1 personal cheese pizza.
1:30 pm - Ate 2 cups of pasta with broccoli, chicken, red and yellow peppers, and 2 ounces of chicken.
2:45 - 3:30 pm - Had a medium intensity Leg workout focusing on the hamstring, quadriceps, and calves. I'm still feeling some mild tenderness in my right ankle so I have not gone back to heavy weight squats yet.
3:34 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 super B-complex supplement, and 1 fish oil supplement.
10:30 pm - Ate 6oz grilled chicken and 1.5 cups of pinto beans.

6:10 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin, 1 fish oil supplement, and 1 super B-complex supplement.
8:50 pm - Ate 1 spinach salad with 2 cups salad, 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, 3oz rotisserie chicken breast, 2tbsp light dressing.

12:15 pm - Ate 1 cup of Chicken Caesar Salad with bow tie pasta and medium dressing, 4 or 5 green beans mixes with marinated walnuts and mushrooms, 2 pieces of cooked tofu, cooked vegetables, and 3oz of meat from a pot roast. All from Whole Foods. Drank 1 vitamin water.
2:15 - 3:15 pm - Had a heavy fast paced back and biceps workout.
3:40 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin and 1 fish oil supplement.
7:00 pm - Ate 1 salad with medium ranch dressing, 8oz broiled beef, 1 slice of bread with butter and garlic, and 1 medium ear of corn.

12:45 pm - Ate 8oz lean steak cooked on the barbecue with light salt and pepper, 1 medium red potato baked with light salt and pepper, 10 strings of green beans, 10 spears of asparagus.
1:45 - 2:45 pm - Medium intensity Chest and Triceps workout. I'm feeling some slight discomfort in my right shoulder so I did not do any exclusively shoulder exercises today.
3:00 pm - Drank 1 fruit smoothie. Took 1 multi-vitamin.

9:30 pm - Drank 1 small strawberry slush made with real fruit and fruit juice from Sonic. I regretted it. I tried to justify drinking it but there is no justification for it, I let my diet slip.
